Ventajas

Salary is the main thing I found, besides some nice work-buddies Social and Medical Insurance from day one

Desventajas

There's no good structure in roles or who you can talk to after your managers. They prefer Saudi workers above Egyptians for some reasons!! I heard that many times, didn't believe it till I saw it. There's no clear growth road map for the employers
