      Ventajas

      Colleagues are generally smart and fun to work with.

      Desventajas

      Leadership is horrendous. The CEO is particularly bad. He's erratic, badly behaved (constant shouting and berating), and takes zero responsibility for the catastrophic product failures that consistently happen due to his constant changing of directions and lack of focus.

      the technology and products are genuinely interesting, and the environment can feel energetic when projects are moving forward. coworkers are generally approachable and collaborative.

      Desventajas

      priorities change frequently and communication from leadership is not always clear. the workload grows quickly during product pushes while the pay feels modest for the expectations. downtime is limited during busy periods which makes the pace tiring.
