No consideration for work life balance - contracted to 38 hours plus 1 hour over time daily at minimum is built in contract - favouritism with family friends that are staff - owner never says hi - break room only seats 6 but 50 staff in office all having lunch at same time - no work from home flexibility even though not interacting face to face with customers - lack of career progression - lack of training and support - can not be innovative or make suggestions at upper manager shut it down - drainage operations managers yell and swear at staff for not doing their job or not wanting to do over time - staff turn over very high
