Ventajas

The job is very easy. Set up appointments for patients.

Desventajas

Pay is average. I worked there for years and never received a raise. Ever. Through the cost of living rising, loss of staff, and excellent performance reviews. Also, PTO has to be used on actual holidays. There is also no, moving up the ladder. There isn't one. It doesn't matter if you have a sick child, you will get an "occurrence" for being out if it hasn't been excused in advance. This place does not care about its employees. Also, who are the senior managers. I don't know them.

Great position to learn if you are interested in pursing PT school

If you are not interested in further education the pay isn’t the greatest long term

Guranteed 1 hr lunch breaks most days

Desventajas

Using your own earned accumulated PTO hours to take off company holidays where the buisiness is closed. Cannot opt to be unpaid holidays even though the establishment is closed. The turnover rate is just astounding. Too many patients and doctors. You are working NON stop. It's extremely overwhelming.
