Desventajas
- India wing I'd say is a glorified service company than a product company where the goal is to cater to serving Rakuten's internal business. - So if someone is a purely a technical person with ambitions to growing and upskilling in tech and other good product options are available, this org would not be recommended. - There is very less intermobility within the org if you want to shift roles, very strongly controlled by managers - depending on your team, if the kind of work changes from business, you might need to reskill. You might need to shift from developer to devops than be allowed to change teams even after some time spent in the org - might not be a good place for people with ambitions on tech growth - Do what you are asked and you are good to go.
