Nice staff and colleagues to work with.
Desventajas
No real professional development or increasing responsibilities. Most people leave after a few years. Salaries below industry average and don't increase much after they get you in. Principals maintain a tight leash (and there are four of them), so you don't get to do take on meaningful responsibilities. All principals except founder are outside hires, which tells you all about how employees get developed or promoted. Planners also do a lot of grunt work like document layout and maps because of lack of support staff. There is a lot of work in LA, but most staff is in Berkeley, so you don't get to see places you work on much. A bit chaotic around deadlines, with late work.
