      1. Friendly and chill work environment 2. Uniquely built office 3. Less employees thus the unity and sense of belonging 4. Fun work 5. Located in a very convenient area 6. The coffee machine is a life saver

      Desventajas

      1. Late salaries/ stipend (I literally rush to the account manager at the beginning of every month) 2. Deployment of the employees is kind of confusing 3. Lack of a strong HR department

      Ventajas

      You can learn a lot if you are not going towards money and only for self development.

      Desventajas

      Managers in data team take all the credits. They do not appreciate your job. No fixed timings. They will ask you to work even at midnight and they pay very less and late. Not recommended for long time. No job security

      A place that is focused on learning and personal development. A start up constantly developing process. An industry leader. Management is tough but kind.

      Desventajas

      If tough bosses are a con then that is one.
