Ventajas
-Generally good people working in Rackspace. -The orginal culture is one of doing everything of helping the customer, that I noticed in the beginning.
Desventajas
- Unfortunately new management only focussed on IPO and numbers and forgot to actually help customers and provide good quality in delivery. - Many good Rackers left because they couldn´t reckognize themselves in the company and culture anymore.
