When you need something you can bet that someone will stop what they're doing to help you. They're on the cutting edge of cloud technology and the company growth offers lots of opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Desventajas
The higher up you are in the company the harder it is to adjust and gain respect. Expectations are high and nobody cares what your title is or what you used to do. You have to come in and prove yourself to gain credibility and get people to follow you.
