Ventajas
All senior staff is extremely supportive and wants you to succeed. Atmosphere is work hard, play hard. You are constantly busy and won't be bored. The work is also pretty diverse considering I was just an intern. The work ranged from writing press releases, organizing large events, meetings with clients, and more out of office experiences.
After my internship the HR Director continued to send me information on available job openings at other firms, and continued to connect me with contacts she thought I might be interested in having even two years after the internship.
Desventajas
The internship positions are unpaid.
