The need for more structured training reflective of a corporate company. Corporate level leadership is out of touch with their employees and fall short on showing genuine acknowledgement and appreciation. Compensation plans are outdated and not relevant to market conditions.

Great onboarding experience with a supportive team. Leadership has been accessible, training has been well organized, and everyone has been willing to answer questions and help me learn. The culture has been welcoming and collaborative.
