It feels super rewarding when guides take ownership in the company culture. The people who are passionate about sharing beautiful places makes it all worth it.

At times the scale of ROW becomes overwhelming. We do a lot of different things, and this means juggling a lot of balls and wearing a lot of hats. This does come with cool opportunities on the plus side.
