The company has a lot of opportunity for career growth. Senior Management is both nice to work with and highly approachable. The software is both innovative and user friendly. Employees work from home and have excellent work/life balance.

Desventajas

As the company continues to grow, the benefits package will need to be more competitive and comparable to other SaaS companies operating in the DTC.
