I had the opportunity to work with a lot of very talented folks at RMG. We had some world class clients and did great work!

RMG Connect is no longer operational. It was folded into the JWT family and offices were realigned at that time to be more in line with some of the clients.

Great work environment and varied challenges. Genuinely enthusiastic team members who want to do right by the client. You get the opportunity to enjoy the variety of work you might find as a consultant, but won't have to continually learn the ropes over and over or "figure out" a new team.

Morale is like a yo-yo here. People are over-reactive to small changes, which is exacerbated by the lack of communication from the top. If folks could stop being overly dramatic and concentrate of practical ways to improve their jobs and situations, things would run much more smoothly on a daily basis.
