      Ventajas

      The ability to set your own schedule once jobs are assigned. You must work within the company's parameters but you can work at your own pace.

      Desventajas

      Lower pay with no pay raises in the last 4 years. The only way to make more money is to take on more work. Also work can be removed from your schedule with no notice.

      Pay is productivity-based. The faster you become, the higher your effective hourly pay rate will be. We regularly review effective wages of our associates as well as market pay levels across the country so that we can stay competitive. The data demands of our clients drive schedules/workloads of our Research Associates. Client needs do change from time to time, which impacts what and where data is collected.

      Ventajas

      Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

      Desventajas

      Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
