Management is very unprofessional. Many good journalists are leaving because of bad management. For example, a journalist that doesn't speak foreign languages, or doesn't speak them well, but is in good terms with the management, can get to cover a story abroad, just to get the chance to travel and get extra pay. It is unclear what are they spending money on, as the quality of programs is very low, as well as the salaries.
