Unnecessary work procedures, too much paperwork, unexperienced middle management with lack of leadership and guidance, unsure what they are doing. Staffs need to standby even after working hours and weekend for jobs to be completed, extensive long working hours mainly due to unnecessary work procedures and paperwork and most of your time being wasted on doing unnecessary amendments and modifications as the middle management are too young, lack of experiences and not sure what they are doing, causing inefficient work process which caused extensive working hours. If your are an experienced managers who wish to join this company, think twice as you may end up doing unproductive works, wastage of time, and other managers working with you may steal your hardwork to get credits from top management.
