The flexibility of hours, the camaraderie of the staff were great. RADCO is a small company, so it often feels more like a family than a business in some respects. Many people have worked there for decades of their careers.

The company placed heavy pay cuts on the staff for a few years during the recession, and did not communicate clearly when they would return them to the staff.
