Ventajas
There's a great focus at the RAC on personal development, with managers actively encouraging you to develop and giving you ongoing opportunities and training to support your goal. You feel like a valued member of staff, there's regular recognition and appreciation, whether that be in daily, weekly, monthly or yearly awards. While the RAC is fast paced, there's a positive environment with everyone supporting each other to achieve the end goal. All the staff are genuinely very helpful and supportive of each other. There's also an open book policy when it comes to feeding back any problems or concerns higher up the chain. Not many companies offer you the opportunities to ask your CEO questions directly on a weekly basis.
