The CEO's approach to communication is lacking, often preferring informal methods such as the "bring me" game rather than providing real updates that should be discussed in Town Hall meetings. The CFO's visibility is primarily limited to notifying the Group Chat when payroll is complete, and there is a lack of contingency planning when issues arise with bank transactions for employee salaries. The focus of the CEO seems to primarily revolve around activities such as golfing, drinking sessions, and out-of-town trips with favored individuals and relatives.
