Ventajas

Remote work, only pro. Can’t think of anything else.

Desventajas

There’s a difference between a fixable problem and a systemic rot. High performers are leaving and leadership doesn’t ask why. Feedback goes into a black hole, you raise concerns that are acknowledged and ignored. Fixing problems gets you punished, not promoted. The same toxic behavior gets rewarded. If bad behavior has no consequences it’s not dysfunctional, it’s part of the policy. You are the one carrying the guilt, you feel responsible for protecting your team. If you are working harder to compensate for leadership failures, you are not fixing the culture. You are enabling it.

Ventajas

Good place if you like learning by doing. There is a lot going on, so you get exposure to different projects, products, teams, and markets. I also really liked the international environment and the fact that people are generally open, friendly, smart, and easy to work with.

Desventajas

In certain situations, clearer prioritization and more structured planning could make day-to-day work smoother.
