      Ventajas

      Great for people who prefer to work solo. Designers are generally a team of one, which occasional contractors hired as needed.

      Desventajas

      Can feel a bit stagnant in such a quiet workplace. Not a lot is done by management team to help with team building. Lack of project managers means CTO is often put in the position of programmer/project manager/client/etc. That said, even with all the added burden, he does an amazing job balancing it all.
