Ventajas

Small enough and growing fast enough to provide advancement opportunities.

Desventajas

Cheap contracts with their clients wins business, but means that the pay rate for agents is VERY low. Some of the contracts do not include paying for training or management, so the company skimps on both, leaving too little support for agents.

It is second-to-none in the eCommerce fulfillment operations landscape. Additionally, the people, culture, and tech/operational capabilities are all what make it an incredible company; and easy to sell for...hands down.

Desventajas

Truly, I cannot think of anything negative.

it is better than being unemployed

low quality job with low wages and no insurance coverage because you cannot afford it
