      The shares and Bonus program is good. Very big organization

      Desventajas

      You are easily left behind. Very little transparency.

      Work life balance was good. Some coworkers were good

      Desventajas

      Management position definitely play favorites, pay for amount of work lacks and ESOP is not good.
