Ventajas

Relaxed atmosphere that allows for creativity but also isn’t too laid back to the point where things are disorganized Great work-life balance My coworkers really care about what they do - makes it easy for collaboration Opportunity to move up the ranks as we grow Paid time off Holidays Office hours are reasonable and expectations are set to clients that weekends are for emergencies only - again making work/life balance just a bit easier

Desventajas

No health insurance at this point, but they do offer access to direct primary care

-Flexible scheduling -Relaxed atmosphere -Feels like a family/group of friends rather than a big corporate machine -Team members are positive and motivated -Willing to hire folks with no experience, train them, and move them up the ladder -Hard work and accomplishments are recognized and appreciated by management -Paid Time Off
