5yThanks for taking the time to leave a review and that you have highlighted so many positives of working here. Unfortunately working in retail you do have to work shifts and if you are based in a shopping centre then late shifts are also an aspect of that so this is something that we cant' control. What we would suggest is that if you are struggling with the shifts then to pick this up with your Store Leader to see what options maybe available. In terms of training, we have our online digital learning system Campus as well as Territory Trainers who train and support our people on a daily basis so again if you feel that you need more training please have a chat with your Store Leader.
