Ventajas
No Pros at the moment at all!! Will see what the brand new, not from within, Shift supervisors will do to bring back up morale. Which I believe will only make morale lower. IMHO
Desventajas
Was a great place to work for but moral after upper management tells us we do not get a raise if you broke the rule of having 4 points and post date the rule starting a year previous!!! Great that they tell us the rules changed after the year was already over!! No trust at all in the plant now. You can not move up in this company if you try to change things for the better anymore. No one is listening in upper management. Last two years with new HR has been terrible. Slow at getting back to employees and does not do the work that is truly important.
