Ventajas

Decent amount of training and there is no fear of being fired for under performing. Fun product to sell with lots of interesting customers. Great facilities

Desventajas

Pay is towards the bottom of the industry, especially when you consider the complexity of the sales cycle. Also, promotions are time based verse merit expect to be in any entry level role for more than a year before promotion.
