      Nice environment. Its a good company to start a career. Managers are really friendly. Latest technology exposure.

      Environment could be a little boring in the beginning.

      Ventajas

      Only flexible time to go office and the location of office is a Pro.

      Desventajas

      1. No salary, employee, bonus, or any such benefits at all. 2. No employee encouragement, no transparency, no future career growth. 3. There 2/3 managers who rule the whole company and CEO in India is just a puppet of them and Netherlands counterpart. 4. HR , the only one HR in company is not at all approachable , not at all employee friendly and thinks she is the CEO sometimes.
