Ventajas
You will always work on interesting projects, whether or not the projects are run well depends on your tolerance for it. By industry standards it's way better. They really care about employees and professional development. Most of your colleagues are really nice and high performers and nerdy. 9 day fortnight or 4 day weeks if you prefer.
Desventajas
Getting in. There is an elitist mentality, where you have to already work in Defence for a small contractor first to get in. Even if you have the skills. It's ironic because they are willing to mentor people already in but when they are in desperate need of talent ... radio silence.
