Desventajas
No UK leadership. Not inspiring. US led. You have no context for the internal comms in the UK. No Induction process to the organisation. Induction to your programme is dependant on you manager and often poor. Nothing planned to help you. Not very welcoming to new people. Do not like it if you joined at senior level Most programme directors are old school and want to eye ball you every day in the office. Not into flexible home working. Do not believe people are working and distrust in people is openly stated.
