Lack of communication between teams and other departments. Management not good. MD is unpredictable and passive aggressive.

Ventajas

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Desventajas

Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
