Ventajas
Flexibility, Remote job, good exposure, lack of feedback on all profiles that you build on the system, you get feedback for 22% of your work throughout the month. Compensation is good for the time spent in the job. You get paid 6.82$ per working hour. You are supposed to finish 22 profiles daily. Sometimes you can finish them in 2 hours, others 5 hours, sometimes 1 hour, and at others it takes up to 9 hours. This provides better leniency and it depends on your speed and knowledge. You can end up making a full-time pay for one hour of work daily throughout the month if you had planned your lists well upfront.
Desventajas
No connection with employees or management, no promotion line except after five years or more, lack of targeted lists.
