Ventajas

The salary is just a little bit better than average. Barely… Friendly coworkers.

Desventajas

Poor management, outdated technology, extreme attendance policy, poor communication, no advancement opportunities. Long tendered employees are leaving left and right due to wage cuts and layoffs.

Ventajas

Work Day Flexibility Infrequent office visits - 4x a month fairly decent pay

Desventajas

- Promotions very difficult - attractive positions already earmarked for internal candidates prior to posting the req - high probability of pigeonholing - org is extremely reactive and tends to ignore suggestions until something becomes a problem - highly unorganized - very difficult to get answers or solve problems due to ambiguity in ownership of responsibilities/roles - unfair distribution of support across BU's - lack of organization tends to cause unnecessary stress - you need to have strong boundaries otherwise work/life balance can become non-existent
