Ventajas
-If you are fortunate enough to work on a decent project team, your time at Knowledge Point will be mostly positive. Your immediate expatriate supervisors and project leads are the only ones who consider you more than just a disposable asset. -Pay is comparable to western consulting firms for similar roles.
Desventajas
KP corporate leadership is non-existent. HR is deplorable; and good luck finding any solid or coherent corporate policy on, well, anything. As already stated; in Knowledge Point corporate's eyes, you are a disposable asset caught in in a high rpm revolving door. Do not expect, by any means, anything resembling a career with this company. This is strictly a gig employer that could care less about your well being, let alone your professional growth.
