      Ventajas

      The company culture is good. The coworkers are great.

      Desventajas

      Their salary structure works like a Lala company. They will not provide salary on time until you stop working and ask them to provide the salary. They don't have an exact date of salary credit. At the time of interview, they will provide you a timeline for salary, for example "your salary will be credited from 12 to 20th of every month. And still they will not provide it till 25."

      Ventajas

      Because everybody wants to start their career with the best company and as a fresher, I joined KPL tech solution because this company is the fastest-growing company in the industry, and since I joined it was a great opportunity for me to increase my knowledge and upgrade my skills.

      Desventajas

      I have yet to find any cons of this company so far.
