I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Desventajas
The first two weeks of your salary is withheld. No perks, little benefits. Management is completely lost. Supervisor is extremely lazy. Do not expect a raise or a great one no matter how hard you work unless you are at the very top of the ladder threatening to quit. Training is lacking. There is no room for advancement. Customer support sucks. Numerous complaints from customers. I had to select a star for the "Overall Rating" otherwise it would be 0.
