      Ventajas

      - Incredibly smart and talented employees. - Streamlined and efficient development process. - A lot of focus on R&D, but nearly everything you do does see the light of day. It's rewarding to see your work out in the real world. - A wealth of industry knowledge - Excellent culture, great work environment - Room for incredible growth. The right team is in place.

      Desventajas

      - Sales force is lacking. Because everyone is so busy making products, there isn't enough emphasis on new business. - Organization is relatively flat (which is only a con as far as career advancement and titles go)

      Ventajas

      The company is very focused on R&D, and management keeps productivity high. There is never a dull week here. Very agile and effective coworkers. Great work environment and compensation.

      Desventajas

      This company has no sales force. Everything is word of mouth. Wonderful software just sitting on the shelves. After two or three successful deployments at client sites, instead of selling to others they go back to R&D to create more software.

      Ventajas

      Successful product in an interesting market. A lot of autonomy in the casual work environment means room for personal development for the initiated.

      Desventajas

      The autonomy comes with a lack of accountability, direction, vision and support from Senior Management. Products are stale and meaningful development is inefficient and slow.
