      Ventajas

      I have been working in IeL from last one year and I would say its a great company to work for. Very flexible and good work culture. Lots of opportunity to learn new technologies. Give opportunity to each employee to get exposure on new technologies. Heaven for employee who is at initial stage of his/her career.

      Desventajas

      There is nothing as such.
