      1) Great team that is passionate and cares about each other and company 2) Great strategy and vision 3) We care about our clients, team and community 4) diversity of our leadership and how inclusive we are 5) even when there are tough times, we live our values - heart, harmony, hunger

      There is a lot on the go. We are transforming & that is a reality of our business, clients and market

      Ventajas

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Desventajas

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
