      Ventajas

      The pay is solid. The hybrid schedule and work life balance is very good. The benefits are solid besides one area…

      Desventajas

      Management is all over the place. No solid direction for the company right now. Also, while most of the benefits are good the medical health insurance is horrendous. They only have 2 really bad plans that are HDHP. No real PPO plans.

      Ventajas

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Desventajas

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
