Ventajas
Insight used to have a nice office and free spiffs. Insight offers standard benefits ( however the cost per employee family for medical dental vision goes up each year) Insight helped out a colleauge with their foundation they have Insight has a lot of diverse internal groups and company activities
Desventajas
Terrible pay- they are not increasing wages or matching the marketplace. Many promises of wage increases but its not based on independant performance, its based on merely increasing your salary for cost of living adjustment. (expect 1-5%) Managers are notorious for over promising, under delivering or no action at all. Upper management speaks poorly of one another while in other meetings. Lack of company direction, multiple re-orgs per year + departmental name changes too.
