Ventajas

I particularly liked the friendly atmosphere, and the career planning. They also stuck to team meetings where you could bring up issues/ concerns. The regular personal one to one chats with team leaders was also very useful in gaining constructive feedback.

Desventajas

Bank holidays had to be worked due to it being an international company. There wasn't a plan in place when i got there to be able to earn a bonus.

Ventajas

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Desventajas

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
