Ventajas

Working with my team and manufacturer partners

Desventajas

Good old boys club, senior management just hires their old friends, pay, bonus plans are not fair, HR is a joke...you, your employees and your boss all have the same 1 HR person. They will always have upper managements back. They expect you to work all hours of the day and night for nothing in return. Ask you to get rid of people, not allowed to backfill and then expect you to sell more with 50% less of a team

Ventajas

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Desventajas

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
