Ventajas

Truly safe work environment with an amazing safety culture. Paycheques are never late, overtime is always paid. Our labs have the best equipment money can buy. This employer may not be perfect, but I don't know of any employer that is better. If I did, I would be gone. I am proud of InnoTech Alberta and I will finish my career here with a focus to make the place even better for new employees.
Desventajas
Government meddling adds unnecessary stress to our corporate direction while hindering our mandate to support Alberta. My only negative comment is that the government and its associated ministries need to step back and let us succeed for the next 100 years as we have done previously in our 100 years of unrivalled success. We know what we are doing, let us succeed in doing that. You hired the best of the best, let us do what know is best for Alberta.
