Ventajas
Employees are taken really good care of. Very relaxed and supportive environment. The least stressful workplace I've encountered so far. Company is doing well and the outlook is looking bright.
Desventajas
Organization can be tricky to navigate. A lot of company-specific jargon, acronyms and multiple product-specific details generate a bit higher cognitive barriers of entry for work than in some other places I've seen.
