Ventajas
The shared sense getting fleeced and lied to regularly by senior management really built some strong bonds among the worker bees. Could possibly say the work/life balance was heading in the right direction, but there was so much else negative that this was just lost in the noise.
Desventajas
Where to start: you have management that's about as uncaring as some mindless bureaucrat at the DMV, and about as competent too. Direction is lacking, it's just throw everything against the wall and see what sticks. Communication is atrocious. There's no plan on coordination within the vertical, creating additional frustrations and eroding already badly frayed morale. Lies and deceit abound. The company is getting desperate in trying to control the messaging. I know for a fact they have paid commission to salespeople and key account managers in their Memphis branch to come on here and write fake positive reviews about the company. The managers and salespeople will stoop to any low and tell any lie to get the message out they want instead of the truth. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid this horrible company!
