      Ventajas

      Remote-first concept applied so I was WFH for whole internship period (might be different now?), flexible working hours as well. Good opportunities to learn and experience how software industry works as the interns were involved in real projects to contribute. Colleagues were all good, welcoming, and friendly to help. The management listens too. Overall positive company culture.

      Desventajas

      Due to WFH, the connection is definitely something lacking (I was okay with that but some people might be concerned with it so).

      - Colleagues are very nice and friendly - As an intern, you will be assigned a mentor who will guide you and be very supportive when you have questions - A very good place to improve technical skills

      Desventajas

      It was a really great jouney for me, nothing to complain about
