Ventajas
- some users are friendly, caring, and understanding about the engineer's situation but some are not (that's normal when working in a fast-paced environment) - 2022 colleagues were awesome, they're supportive, and helpful, guiding us in whatever situation we going through - some Higher-ups above ICS are supportive and understand engineers' situation and try their best to make a balance on work-load. - this is a good start to work for your first-time experience at Jurong East. everything you do you will have to find out yourself but it's useful for your next career.
Desventajas
- The manager really micromanages every engineer and makes old engineers leave quickly from Jurong East. - ATL really cannot manage planning properly and puts every engineer under pressure. - There are more want to highlight about both of them but no point honestly. - after 1 year, received an increment from ICS really low-baller. Can't afford to increase the engineer a bit higher. - ICS gave everyone 12 days annual leave while other companies get an actual full 14 days according to MOM
