Only 2 reasons to work at Incedo - company is growing, so you can grow faster (provided you are past of an efficient team, which is rare) - clients are still trusting Incedo, so future is bright, for now - this could change

- Extremely bad leadership (dictatorship, God syndrome) - policies are just a placeholder, nothing concrete you’ll find - the organisation at large feels like a shop for promoting CEO and his book - misplaced priorities - micromanagement - zero consideration on employee health and well-being (don’t go by what they claim on social media - hardly 1% population is happy being here) - some of us were forced to write good reviews on Glassdoor and only after leaving, I could share an honest review pro tip - anyone looking to join Incedo - check other people in your line of business - reach out on LinkedIn and get honest review - you might want them to reconsider.
